Question  :       What savings can I expect after a full assessment?

 

Answer :           Your savings can vary depending on what problems we  find with your  building and how severe they are.

Most houses we test have a equivalent leakage area of 2 sq m*. That equates to leaving your front door open in the middle

of Winter or Summer!  Most weather sealing problems can be fixed with sealing tape, foam or caulking

Changes in equipment and major upgrades will cost more but may also pay back quickly.

 

 

Question  :  How long does an assessment take?

 

Answer  :      2 hours roughly. After all the data is collected we will sit down and share some

of our impressions and some basic information. Later we generate a persolalised report and post it to you.
